Alternate methods of cancellation will not be accepted.

• How can I control and customize it?

As you complete the single-step wizard to create your own version of SiteVacuum, a back office account, called "Publisher Control Panel", is created automatically for you. You can login into the back office using your user name (email) and password.

A web-user has at least 3 different ways to permanently uninstall your browser-extension: • Click on Start > All Programs > [your website name e.g. CNN.com] > Uninstall    or • Open the SiteVacuum folder, in most cases "c:\program files\SuperSearch"    and double click the Uninstall.exe file    or • Click on Start > Control Panel > "Programs and Features" (Windows Vista)    or "Add/Remove Programs" (Windows XP), then scroll down the list of software,    find it and click on change/remove button
